Course Description:
This course is designed to provide students’ with the tools necessary to identify and achieve their personal wellbeing–physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and social health goals through modifying current habits and building new ones. By integrating psychological research, identifying useful skills and providing thought-provoking exercises, the Building Better Habits course is great to jump start or support the maintenance of your students’ transformational journeys to living a happy, satisfying and fulfilled life.
In this course, students will learn how to:

Not Be So Hard on Themselves.
More specifically, students can look forward to:
