Assessments & Inventories
The Burnout Barometer is a self-administered, 75-item, evidenced-based, assessment that measures burnout across six domains critical to educational leaders: Workload, Control, Reward, Community, Fairness and Values.
Developed using Maslach and Leiter's Areas of Worklife framework, this assessment goes beyond a single burnout score to create a detailed profile that reveals your specific areas of strength and risk.
The assessment takes just 12–15 minutes and is designed for educators at every level of leadership. Each domain score is mapped to a clear risk band with targeted recommendations that transform data into a concrete action plan for well-being,
Worksheets & Handouts
The Burnout Blueprint Personal Action Plan is an eight-page reflective, research-backed framework that begins with five honest self-assessment questions designed to help women recognize how burnout is manifesting in their bodies, workloads and sense of identity.
It draws on established research (including Maslach & Leiter's six domains of burnout and studies on "non-promotable tasks") to guide users in identifying invisible labor, physical stress symptoms and the point at which dedication has crossed into depletion.
The plan encourages radical honesty as the essential first step before building a personalized strategy for recovery and sustainable change.
